- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and product concerns using CRM tools
- Maintain detailed ticket documentation and follow escalation protocols
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex troubleshooting
- Meet weekly KPIs: 95% CSAT, 98% first-contact resolution
- Participate in daily team huddles and bi-weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (chat support preferred)
- Typing speed: 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk/Intercom and Google Workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Ability to work rotating shifts (weekends required)
