- Provide real-time chat support for customers across multiple platforms

- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Exceptional written communication skills (80+ WPM typing)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and chat platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Residency in Austin metro area required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
