Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and product-related questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support tiers or engineering teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high standard of quality assurance and adhere to response time metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or chat-based support roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and clarity.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy support environment.
