Responsibilities
- Provide real-time customer support via chat platforms, resolving inquiries within 5-minute SLAs
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product or service issues

- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in digital support roles
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce) and chat platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with 95% accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
