Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Troubleshoot technical issues for software and hardware products
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues

- Continuously update product knowledge through training modules
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or chat support experience
- Excellent written communication skills (type 45+ WPM)
