Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer chat messages in real-time with accuracy and empathy.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Guide customers through common technical problems and product configurations using our internal tools.
- Maintain Customer Records: Update CRM databases with accurate notes and resolution details after every interaction.
- Adhere to SLAs: Meet strict service level agreements regarding response times and issue resolution.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues and seamlessly escalate them to senior support staff or management.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, policies, and FAQs to provide authoritative answers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar and spelling.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 40-50 words per minute.
- Work Environment: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
