Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to answer questions and resolve inquiries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues using provided tools and knowledge bases.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and tone consistency in all written communications.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve chat response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is highly preferred.
- Proficient typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM) with a strong command of the English language.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote/hybrid candidates.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required by business volume.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
