Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including AHT and CSAT targets
- Participate in ongoing training on products and communication best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
