Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior support team members when necessary.
- Assist in training new hires on chat protocols and software usage.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service updates to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service or chat support is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
