Responsibilities
- Provide real-time customer support via live chat within 30-second response time
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product questions
- Document all interactions using Zendesk CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex escalations
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Participate in daily stand-ups and bi-weekly skill-building sessions
- Identify process improvement opportunities for chat workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (chat/voice preferred)
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in G Suite, Zendesk, and CRM platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chats
- Strong problem-solving with de-escalation techniques
