- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in continuous training on product updates and support protocols
- Support high-volume chat queues during peak business hours
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in chat-based environments
- Exceptional written communication with typing speed of 60+ WPM
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and chat tools
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer-first mindset
- Available for on-site interviews and occasional in-office collaboration
