Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (rotating schedules).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
