Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday team to ensure smooth handovers and address any weekend-specific challenges.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols and workplace regulations to create a secure environment for all employees.
- Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback on weekend operations to management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or inventory management systems.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or operations is a plus.
