Responsibilities
- Engage Customers: Manage high volumes of live chat inquiries with a focus on speed, accuracy, and a friendly tone.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues or account questions efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Log all interactions and resolutions accurately into our CRM system for future reference.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and policies to provide informed answers.
- Escalation: Identify complex issues that require specialist attention and escalate them appropriately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or chat support is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Skills: Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and proficiency with computers.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
