Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues or escalate them to senior support agents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company communication guidelines and quality assurance standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or tech support is a plus but not mandatory.
