- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards to maintain brand integrity.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor during high-stress situations and peak call times.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
