Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions accurately, maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
- Diagnose technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions or escalate to the appropriate technical team.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve support processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
