Responsibilities
- Engage in Real-Time Communication: Interact with customers via live chat platforms to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information with speed and accuracy.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions, escalating complex issues to senior support agents when necessary to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback, within the CRM system.
- Adherence to SLAs: Meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding response times and resolution times during the night shift.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and team huddles to share insights, discuss trends, and support fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support roles.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on grammar, tone, and clarity; native or bilingual English proficiency required.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various computer software, CRM systems, and typing at a speed of 40+ WPM.
- Work Environment: Must have a dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection; ability to work independently during night hours (typically 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
