In this role, you will be the voice of our brand through text, assisting customers with inquiries, technical support, and account management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms in real-time.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Educate customers on products and services to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Document interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High-speed, stable internet connection required.
- Excellent written English communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Previous experience in customer support or chat support roles (preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
