Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions regarding products and services.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to company scripts.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and grammar skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is a plus.
- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
