Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for clients in Arizona and California
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, services, and technical issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call handling time, quality scores)
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows OS, typing 30+ WPM)
- Reliable transportation for night shift hours
