Job Overview:
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries via live chat, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and accuracy.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and product information.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Must reside in New York or be willing to relocate to Florida for the position.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
