Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat software in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone in all written communications to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Log customer interactions and issues accurately into the CRM system (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on common customer pain points.
- Stay updated on product features and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously without compromising quality or response time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is highly preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Excellent written communication skills and grammar proficiency in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software or CRM tools is a plus.
