Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding billing, account status, and technical support.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to meet team performance goals.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve overall service quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (training provided).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
