- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transaction details in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols and chat scripts.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills and impeccable grammar.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
