Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at our downtown Nashville location
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management and product displays during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak weekend operations
- Uphold safety standards and cleanliness protocols throughout the facility
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology

- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
