Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time support via live chat for product inquiries, technical issues, and order assistance
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Adhere to service level agreements for response time and resolution metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and support techniques
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Must be available for Saturday/Sunday shifts (8-12 hours per week)
