Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via real-time chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems

- Meet weekly performance metrics for response time and resolution

Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience via chat/email
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years of age
