Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and product information.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Follow established call scripts and quality assurance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and training needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
