Position Overview
As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the digital face of our brand, resolving customer inquiries via live chat with professionalism and efficiency. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced digital environments and excel at written communication.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat within 60 seconds
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and product inquiries
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rate, handle time)
- Continuously update product knowledge through training modules
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent written communication skills (grammar, clarity)
- Ability to type 50+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
