Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed, accuracy, and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and questions using provided knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive tone in all written communications.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the senior support team promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is a plus.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing speed (40+ WPM).
