Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat platforms.
- Resolve customer issues and questions with empathy and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex service outages or bugs.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every chat session.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment or collaborate in a team setting.
- Reliable internet connection required for remote positions.
