Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via live chat, resolving inquiries within 5 minutes
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and track resolutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning modules
- Adhere to company SLAs and quality standards for all interactions
- Identify upsell opportunities and escalate high-value leads
- Participate in weekly team meetings for performance feedback
Qualifications
