Responsibilities
- Handle live chat inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response times and CSAT
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional written communication skills (type 40+ WPM)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for flexible night shift schedules (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
