Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering or architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and adapting organizational strategies accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mastery: Expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles.
