Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and software engineers.
- Collaborate with hardware vendors to optimize algorithm performance on emerging qubit architectures.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for quantum software development.
- Conduct rigorous research to publish findings in top-tier AI and Quantum Computing conferences.
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready code and scalable infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and quantum algorithms.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.
- Track record of patenting innovations or publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
