- Establish global partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Drive organizational culture transformation through futurist methodologies and training programs
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and other thought leadership forums
- Quantify future ROI of emerging technologies through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, technological, and climate change megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive action
