- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic impact
- Represent company at global futurist forums (Davos, WEF, etc.)
- Secure patents for proprietary future-prediction algorithms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Research, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier business publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready solutions at scale
- Certification in AI ethics, sustainable development, or exponential technologies
- Experience with quantum computing simulation tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Fluency in strategic visualization tools (Miro, Tableau, etc.)
