Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Global Innovation Strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-disciplinary research on AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Advise C-suite on emerging technology disruptions and market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist programs
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members through data-driven narratives
- Oversee the Horizon Institute's annual 'Future State' global forecast publication
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years experience in C-suite or strategic innovation leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurism journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial success
- Speaking engagements at global forums like Davos or World Economic Forum
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
