Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume live chat inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting product questions and account concerns.
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and positive tone in all written communications.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and response times.
- Update customer records accurately within our CRM platform.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay them to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM.
- Basic computer literacy and internet proficiency.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
