Key Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve technical issues and product-related questions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Provide product training and guidance to new customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment is a plus.
