Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and patience
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues to customer satisfaction
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, resolution rates, and CSAT scores
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience (paid training available for entry-level)
