Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote welcome)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
