Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat messages with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and general support requests efficiently.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and apply deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Follow-Up: Ensure all customer issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction and follow up as necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to streamline processes.
Qualifications
