Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during night shifts.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details to resolve customer issues.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and nightly performance targets.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or technical teams.
- Maintain a professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor while handling difficult situations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
