Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM software.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigating web browsers, email).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
