Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
