Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Document customer interactions and update account records accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adapt to new technologies and process changes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Reliable computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software and web-based applications.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
