Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently with empathy
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems
- Meet performance metrics for quality and resolution times
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun)
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for weekend shifts (8 AM - 6 PM)
