Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing issues and product concerns using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain client records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in weekend rotational coverage including holidays
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across digital communication channels
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
